If you’re new here, I’ve been collecting keys for years – not intentionally at first, but the ones that landed in my possession early on always had a special significance and almost “larger than life” aura. I was first gifted a gold key from my grandparents after one of their trips over to visit family in Italy. They would specifically pick out pieces for each one of their grandchildren, and that was meant to be mine. Another key that I treasure is one that my dad gifted my mom when they first started dating – a heart key with a tiny ruby set in the middle. Keys have always stood out as a motif and I’ve acquired them during points in my life when I need them most!
