Jewelry from the 2010 Emmy Awards

The 2010 Emmy Awards were on last night and I had my eye on the jewelry as the stars did their promenade down the red carpet.  It was a nice surprise to see so many stars give shout outs to who designed their jewelry, as in years past, this detail was hardly ever mentioned.  

THE GOOD: Cartier jewels on Dianna Agron, bright multi-colored stacks of jeweled bracelets as seen on Kyra Sedgwick, bold and unusual rings, antique bracelets, huge rubies, 1940s Fred Leighton on Mariska Hargitay, January Jones’ platinum dragon ring by Cartier

THE BAD: too many matchy-matchy sets of jewelry, teeny tiny diamond earrings, diamond jewelry from Everlon, bare necks, black diamonds
