Designer Debut: Xiao Wang

Xiao Wang is a triple threat–she is an actress, a model, and now a jewelry designer!  She has contributed to Gem Gossip‘s SHOW ME YOUR RINGS project for a few years now, and I’ve been following her budding design journey on Instagram.  Based in NYC with jewelry in her DNA (her great grandfather was in the mining business and her father is a recycled metals dealer) her style is very distinct.  Wang uses bold gems like tourmalines, fancy diamonds, and emeralds.  You can see her aesthetic above with her debut rings from her collection. I love the silhouettes and her use of fancy diamonds with fancy shapes is genius!  I am looking forward to seeing more as she continues to work on her designs–next up are earrings and necklaces!
