So excited to share this ring! It was initially a bangle bracelet that was transformed into a knuckle ring by jeweler extraordinaire David Waldrum. I am working with David on his upcoming website for the amazing work he does where he loves taking old, unworn or broken jewelry and creates beautiful pieces that are up-to-date and wearable. His company is called Rocks & Metals and if you’d like to get in contact with him about a project, let me know!
First photo: The bangle bracelet and wide wedding band used for the project. The bangle I love because it features two panthers, a favorite jewelry motif of mine–but the bangle was too large for my wrist.
Second photo: The finished product! David soldered the wedding band, cut the rest of the bangle off and shaped the rest to fit my hand.
Third and Fourth photos: The ring being worn–it gives the look of a double-finger or triple-finger ring without being uncomfortable. I love it!
