I had a very fun weekend up in the Smoky Mountains for my sister-in-law’s wedding. Just as we were about to leave for the trip, a very special package arrived in the mail. It was this pendant from Loriann Jewelry, a sweet gift from an even sweeter designer. The blue and purple are actually blue topaz and amethyst that are polished to perfection. A bezel set opal and diamond finish off the pendant, which I am totally in love with. The smoothness of the gems makes for an ideal touchstone, so whether I felt nervous when my husband was driving a little too fast or needed something to keep from fidgeting, rubbing the gems with my fingers became my comfort. I also like to think this pendant was good luck, as everything went smoothly over the weekend with both the wedding and travel! This piece is full of positive vibes and I’m so thankful for it–thanks Lori and hope to meet you in real life sometime very soon!
