I love traveling to historical places and walking around antique shops that really take you back in time. If you’re taking a trip to Portland, Maine an antique shop that does just that is called Stonehome Antiques. It is located on Exchange Street and has been in business for over ten years. Stonehome is very particular about the jewelry in which they sell; most are one-of-a-kind pieces, created long ago by craftspeople highly skilled in their trade. They have an incredible selection online, so I can’t imagine what they have if you visit the shop. Here are some of my favorite pieces from Stonehome:

Being that I have never been to Portland, Maine I find this information invaluable. Historical places and antique shops are my happy places, I certainly would love to give this place a visit sometime in the future. For now I will have to content myself with their website. These pieces are marvellous.
