Spent the afternoon at Levy’s Fine Jewelers in Birmingham, Alabama! Such a great family-owned jewelry store (since 1922) with a surprisingly large showroom, full of jewels! I was welcomed in by Joseph, who’s grandfather owns the store. He let me browse, try-on, and take pictures of many of their beautiful pieces. They have cases that are organized by gemstone, a section of wedding bands, engagement rings, pocket watches, wristwatches, and antique jewelry. The art and painting on the walls were also noteworthy, and set the mood of the store’s rich history. If you are ever in the Birmingham area, you’ve got to check out Levy’s! I left with one more jewelry store added to my map and check off my Road Trip list, and also with a few goodies! More below:
