First Time for Everything

My recent trip to Las Vegas had three instances where I said “there’s a first time for everything!” Each had something to do with jewelry and I thought you would enjoy this.

I’ve always been a fan of Cartier jewelry, it was even the topic of my very first blog post ever. The Panther collection stands out to me, and it did even more so at the Cartier store located at the Wynn in Vegas. It was my first time ever seeing the above ring in person.

Also at the Wynn was a Chanel boutique and after seeing the above ring enlarged on the outside wall, I had to see the real version inside. So incredible! I’ve never seen any piece of Chanel fine jewelry before, and this was a great first.

Another first was seeing jewelry designer Mizuki‘s designs in person. I’ve been a huge fan of Mizuki jewelry since first seeing her pieces on Ylang|23′s website. Since then, I’ve only seen her jewelry online, until I checked out Bags Belts & Baubles. Not only did I admire all her designs, I also purchased the above bracelet for my collection. It is a simple elastic bracelet, perfect for stacking, with onyx and 14k yellow gold beads.
