Jennifer Fisher's jewelry line is described by the designer as having a "casual edge." I say it is gorgeous, but what I am most fond of is how her collection of necklace charms is the coolest I've seen. Each charm is one that I would wear--and it is a neat concept to start with one charm, and then continually add more. This idea will create your very own customized necklace story. Jennifer Fisher designs each piece so it can be worn alone or layered, so whether you wear a necklace with one charm or several, it will look great. Manya & Roumen’s whimsical jewelry designs

My pick of the week comes from Manya & Roumen, a husband and wife duo with some amazing jewelry designs. Love this cute owl and cat team handing out on this ring from their "Stories Collection." This ring is done in 18k yellow gold with tsavorite garnets and white sapphires for eyes, and a pink tourmaline. Funny to realize that their jewelry designing talent sprang from a promise that Manya made to Roumen stating that she would make their wedding rings. Their collaboration has created jewels with a whimsical feel, filled with nature-inspired subjects. Battle of the Bracelets: Skulls vs. Snakes

I've seen many takes lately of snake and skull bracelets/bangles. For now, we will focus on skulls. Yesterday it was all about the snakes. After these two styles go head to head, everyone can vote on which they like better. Check out my favorite skull bracelets below! This cuff is badass! From Aloha Rag, here we have the mini version of this bracelet done in 14k yellow gold. The cuff style lets you wear it either high up on your arm or stacked with loads of other bracelets. Designed by Luis Morais and priced at $815. There are other sizes available as well. Had to include these skull elastics designed by Jessica McCormack for two reasons: 1. I LOVE them. and 2. I received several emails asking me about them since I posted them before. The skulls are set with brilliant-cut diamond eyes (approx. 0.20ct total) and are mounted on black leather. They are only available direct from Jessica McCormack in London (they don’t stock in the USA yet but have plans to in the future)! Price: £400. Designer Spotlight: Jane Diaz

Jane Diaz is a New York City-based designer with an ultra appealing set of collections within her jewelry designs. Her four collections include: "basics," "charms," "heirloom" and "mid-century modern." Each has some beautiful choices, mostly earrings and rings. My favorite would have to be the Heirloom Collection--it is inspired by antique jewelry. Her designs consist of 10k yellow gold or silver.
