I mean, I don’t necessarily look forward to aging, but this photo speaks volumes to me. Taken by The Sartorialist, this image captures Joan Burstein posing with some beautiful pieces of jewelry. Joan is the founder of Browns–a private department store known for housing up-and-coming designers. Some even credit Browns for discovering Alexander McQueen. This photo represents wisdom, experience and satisfaction. I want to be happy at Joan’s age, look back on my career and be proud–I know she is proud.
