The Miami Antique Show was extremely amazing and fun in so many ways. Around every corner there were the most beautiful things you’ve ever laid eyes on! From the rows and rows of antique rings, to a booth full of huge fancy colored diamonds, to unbelievably priced art, beautiful Louis Vuitton trunks, and of course the antique furniture. My boss and I were on a mission to find some gorgeous antique engagement rings and some diamond earrings. We also enjoyed the local flavor like the Art Deco District (we stayed at the Cardozo hotel), great seafood (Joe’s Stone Crab), and partying at the Clevelander. This trip was dedicated to finding some great jewelry for the store, so unfortunately I didn’t buy anything for myself. But seeing as it was my first time going to the show, I now know that the trip is totally worth it! I can’t wait to go again.
Pictured above:
{after a long flight, a night on the rooftop at the Clevelander is what I needed
breathtaking antique Tiffany & Co. ring we bought; 1.25 carat center, VS-1 G, c. 1920s
our hotel we stayed at, the Cardozo hotel, built in the late 1930s located in the Art Deco district
another ring we bought, BIG and elegant; 3.30 carat center, SI-1 JK, c. 1920s
some beautiful rings for sale, I tried on the navette style sapphire and diamond ring, loved it
another ring we bought, very Art Deco in platinum; 1.60 carat center, SI-1 J, c. 1920s
I wanted this vintage trunk so bad!
another ring we bought, my favorite cushion cut; 3.57 carat center, VS-2 JK, c. 1910s
this vendor sold all vintage Louis Vuitton, I sounded like a dying cat when I saw each one
this last ring we bought, nature-inspired motifs; 2.03 carat center, VS-1 I, c. 1930s
and lastly, the diamond earrings we bought–so beautiful!}

I love the vintage style…You can get a great vintage style cubic zirconia ring just like the one shown above here. Because they are CZ they don't cost the earth!
