I am updating a new list of must-have jewelry books, since my last list was created over a year ago and I have purchased all but one! To check out my first list I created click here. My new list includes some great reads, including one that I currently have on my book shelf and love to check out every once in awhile for some inspiration. I found out about the book Understanding Jewellery from going to GIA and checking it out at their library. The others are on my wish list–especially Jewellery in the Age of Queen Victoria. I flipped through this newly released book and got an eye-full! I also heard the authors of the World Hallmarks book speak at this year’s NAJA Conference in Rhode Island and realized how necessary it is for any jewelry collector!

my love affair with jewelry is just spectacular. If you're into Liz…read Furious Love – it chronicles her relationship with Richard Burton and some of his purchases for her. FASCINATING.
