This past year I’ve learned how important it is to make the right investments when it comes to gold bracelets. Out of all the categories of jewelry, I personally think that bracelets get the most wear and tear. They’re constantly being banged against tables, on keyboards and everything in between. I have slowly traded in my semi-hollow bracelets for solid karat gold, and although all gold when worn 24/7 will get scratched up (there’s no way of preventing scratches or dents), solid pieces hold up better in the long run. That’s not to say I don’t have any semi-hollow bracelets in my collection, because I do! And many are my favorite – I just know not to wear them 24/7. I now refer to my bangle stack as my mini stock market on my wrist.
