January 2010; Latest looks, favs, and news

DSCF0944

Can you believe it is January 2010? I feel as though the Earth is spinning faster than ever, but the scientists are not catching on.  Lately, wearing two watches has become a habit--and I'm not sure if it's because I like the look or because Central and Pacific time are both important to me.  I didn't expect my Ariel Gordon initial necklace to become such a staple in everything I wear.  I have not taken the necklace off in weeks!  It seriously is my favorite.  It goes well with any style, any occasion, I can sleep with it on and not even realize it--and so many people have commented on it.  I am wearing the necklace (with a D initial) in these pictures, including the close-up of it below.

Just found your blog while surf'n the web;) You have great taste! Ive never been much of a jewelry person (I grew up playing sports so I could never wear any!) but I was totally inspired by some of your finds:) Keep up the great work! ...Speaking of watches I do have one staple peice I wear daily that I purchased a couple months ago. Its a vintage gold casio (it might be called the illuminator?) anyway it is so 80's fab. I think you might like it, you should look it up.
