My love for jewelry has been strong since I was about 4 years old.  At any given day, you could have found me running around the house with layers and layers of my mom’s necklaces on, almost tripping over them, while lugging around the “D” volume of my family’s encyclopedia collection.  I would open up to the “diamonds” page and stare at them, even color pictures of them.  When I was 5, I begged my mom to get my ears pierced so I could wear little gold and diamond studs.  I already had made a list of the pairs of earrings I would buy as soon as they healed.

As my love for jewelry grew, so did I, and eventually I realized that my passion for fine jewelry, diamonds and designer pieces came with a hefty price tag.  Instead of buying, I immersed myself in the world of jewelry.  I learned as much as I could, whether it was reading, talking to others, and at one point, working at a fine jewelry store for a bit.

 I wanted to start this site to share my knowledge, my style, and feature jewelry that takes my breath away, in hopes that it does the same for you.  I also want you to have a place to share what you like, your finds, as well as your story.  So enjoy and let the sharing begin!
